We are within walking distance to the commuter rail into Boston and multiple bus lines stop close to the building making for an easy commute to work, grocery shopping, and other areas.
We offer month to month tenancies, with first, last and deposit due on move in. You will find that we are very hands on landlords and will make the effort to make sure you have a good place to live when you rent from us. We are responsive to issues and tenant requests, and we ask that our tenants do their part to help keep the place clean and contribute to a friendly, peaceful living environment.
