Our two bedroom two full bathroom garden stye apartment homes come equipped with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer dryer hook up.
There is a large full- size bathroom off of the hallway and another full-size bathroom connected to your primary bedroom.
The apartment offers plenty of storage/closet space (coat closet, linen closet and a large oversized walk in closet in the primary bedroom).
Our beautiful country property is located on the outskirts of the village with amazing views all around us.
The Lakes at Ashton Village also offers -
* Three ponds with fountains/lighting (seasonal). You can fish from our fully stocked ponds (catch and release only please).
* A Fitness Center available for your use 24 hours per day
* A large sparkling swimming pool for plenty of enjoyment in the summertime
We are a dog/cat friendly community and your furry friend(s) are certainly welcome with additional rent & fees.
Please know that there are weight restrictions . Please inquire with staff for a list of restrictions prior to applying.
There is a pet weight limit of 49 pounds in all second floor apartment homes.
The maximum weight limit for any pet living in a first floor apartment home is 85 pounds.
Please note that weight limits will be based on current and/or projected full grown weight.
Final approval of pet(s) will be made solely upon management discretion.
If you are flexible with your move in time and are interested in our 2BR apartment home, then you will need to get placed onto the waiting list. You can do this by filling out an application to go through the approval process.
Please note that anyone 18 years of age or older will need to fill out an application, as they will be required to be a leaseholder with us.
